TreStack Checkout pricing
Three plans, set by which checkout pages you need.
Starter covers the thank you and order status pages, the post-purchase page, and every payment and shipping rule. Growth adds blocks on the checkout page itself, and Pro adds upsells, gifts, surveys, and branding. Growth and Pro need a store on Shopify Plus. TreStack Checkout is coming to the Shopify App Store and cannot be installed yet.
How billing works
- Billed through Shopify, never a separate card on file.
- A 14 day free trial, once per store.
- Yearly billing is 25 percent off and bills once a year.
TreStack Checkout plans
Each plan adds to the one before it. Growth and Pro need a store on Shopify Plus, because Shopify allows app blocks on the checkout page itself only on Plus.

Shopify allows apps on the checkout page itself only on Shopify Plus, so a store on another Shopify plan chooses Starter. Starter then also includes upsells and surveys, on the pages Shopify does allow.

Cancel, and your setup waits for you.
Cancelling ends the plan, not your work. Uninstalling is the step that deletes it, and only after Shopify asks us to.
Cancel on the Plans page
Choose Cancel plan, pick a reason, and confirm. Your blocks, rules, upsells, and gifts stop running on your checkout.
Your settings are kept
Choose a plan again and everything comes back as it was.
Uninstalling deletes it, 48 hours later
Uninstalling cancels the plan too. Shopify asks us to delete the store's data 48 hours later; reinstall before then and your settings are still there.

TreStack Checkout FAQWhy do Growth and Pro need Shopify Plus?
Shopify allows app blocks on the information, shipping, and payment steps of checkout only for stores on Shopify Plus. Growth adds those blocks, and Pro builds on Growth, so both need a Plus store. Thank you and order status blocks, rules, and the post-purchase page work on every Shopify plan.
How do I change plan?
On the Plans page in the app, choose another plan and approve it in Shopify. Switch between monthly and yearly billing there with Pay Monthly and Pay Yearly.
I have a discount code. Where does it go?
Choose Apply code on the Plans page.
Do you see my payment details?
No. Shopify bills you, as a TreStack Checkout subscription on the Shopify bill you already get. We never see payment details.
Is there a refund when I cancel?
Cancelling stops the subscription and keeps your settings. Refunds are covered in the TreStack Checkout terms
